We are seeking an experienced, highly capable, and detail focused operations professional for our Media client to lead a small, high performing team based in their City of London office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced media environment, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence for clients and internal stakeholders.
About the role
- The team which you will lead is a three person Media Operations team which is the central link between sales, customers, filming production and marketing.
- You will set standards, manage workflows, and lead the team while remaining hands on with specialised operational tasks.
- The role suits someone who enjoys working with technology platforms and excels at tracking, prioritising, and executing critical client deliverables with precision and care.
In the role, you will
- Own and manage all aspects of media operations, including customer onboarding, publishing video records, building media schedules, preparing event analytics, and producing client reports.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to internal teams and clients (Asset & Investment Managers), ensuring smooth delivery and consistently high service standards.
- Monitor and report weekly on KPIs and performance targets to measure and continuously improve operational effectiveness.
Essential skills and experience
- Four or more years’ experience in a marketing operations role. A good knowledge of financial services would be an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe suite.
- Practical HTML and CSS skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
- A collaborative, proactive team player with a positive and professional approach.
