Strategic Partnerships Manager – Tax-Advantaged Investments

A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its Strategic Partnerships (SP) team. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding the firm’s presence and inflows to their tax-advantaged investments through proactive engagement, business development, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage designated Strategic Partnership accounts and paid engagement relationships

Drive annual inflow growth per SP account

Identify, screen, and onboard new Strategic Partners clients

Respond to inbound client and paid engagement enquiries

Plan and execute high-impact internal and external SP events

Maintain a high level of engagement through webinars, face-to-face presentations, events, and roadshows

Deliver advanced-level insights and training on tax-advantaged investments to both the SP and retail sales teams

Present regularly at internal sales meetings with self-produced content

Develop and produce high-quality written materials and marketing content

Collaborate with the broader sales team to execute firm-wide SP initiatives

Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and generate relevant content

Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, policies, and industry standards
About You:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax-advantaged investment

Proven background in a Strategic Partnerships or Business Development role

Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

Confident in delivering training and creating original content

Familiar with compliance and best practices in a regulated investment environment
