RMK Talent Solutions is partnering with a dynamic Fintech company that is scaling rapidly and seeking to appoint a Head of Marketing on a permanent basis. This pivotal role is focused on leading the company’s marketing efforts as it progresses from £2M to £7M ARR. The successful candidate will be a hands-on growth leader, responsible for managing the entire marketing ecosystem—covering campaigns, CRM, and agency relationships—while building the scalable systems and team necessary for sustained expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Head of Sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the organisation’s growth trajectory in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve £7M ARR, including channel mix, budget allocation, and quarterly planning
- Own the marketing P&L, including forecasting and performance analysis
- Lead demand generation efforts by overseeing paid campaigns, outbound outreach, and SEO/AEO activities, managing agency performance
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and optimise budget reallocation based on campaign results
- Manage the CRM system as the single source of truth for pipeline, lead scoring, and attribution
- Align marketing and sales teams around a unified funnel, lifecycle, and retention strategy
- Build sequences that convert trials into paying customers and drive expansion, tracking early churn signals
- Manage agency relationships and lead the hiring and development of an internal marketing team as the company scales
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS marketing efforts through various growth stages
- Hands-on experience with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations
- Comfortable owning a number and P&L, demonstrating analytical and financial acumen
- Experience managing agency partnerships and building scalable marketing systems
- Keen understanding of digital and online marketing channels, with data-driven decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the financial advice and wealth management landscape would be advantageous
