About the opportunity
Join our client’s fast-paced digital media company as an experienced, bright, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive who will also take on team-management responsibilities. You’ll lead a small team and report directly to the Head of Marketing, working across email and social campaigns, corporate customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, multi-project work to tight deadlines.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Manage a team of digital marketers: delegate tasks, oversee workflow, ensure high-quality delivery and support growth of the team.

Take ownership of the company website: keep content fresh, aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Develop content and social-media plans that support broader campaign and business objectives.

Manage multiple social-media platforms: write and schedule copy for both organic and paid posts.

Create, test and deploy HTML email campaigns end-to-end.

Produce insightful analytics reports: track KPIs, draw out actionable insights, present to stakeholders.

Assist with production of marketing materials as needed – from concept to delivery.
What we’re looking for:

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar digital-marketing role.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid working knowledge of HTML & CSS.

Exceptional attention to detail – you notice the small things.

Enthusiastic team-player who can also lead by example.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
