The Community Development Manager will lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of engaging, educational content and programs for the wholesale investment community. You will cultivate a loyal, informed audience of Wealth Managers, investment managers and financial advisers

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Growth
- Develop and execute a global strategy to grow and engage the wholesale investment audience.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders (e.g., IFAs, wealth managers, research groups).
- Host and moderate forums, webinars, and events to foster community dialogue.
- Track engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimise delivery.
Content Strategy & Development
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create relevant, insightful content – including video interviews for example.
- Produce original material (e.g., newsletters, campaigns, discussion guides, spotlight interviews) tailored to wholesale investors.
- Identify content opportunities through research and community feedback.
Program Management
- Lead multi-channel content and engagement campaigns (web, social, email, events).
- Ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Align sponsored content with community needs and brand goals.
Required Skills & Experienc
Essential
- 3+ years in community development, content marketing, or financial communications
- Strong grasp of the wholesale investment spac
- Proven ability to grow and manage professional communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in analytics, CMS, CRM, and digital engagement platforms
