Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the EIS, VCT, and business relief.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, partners, and clients.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations to promote the company’s investment products and solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategies.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs to contribute to company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and post-sales support.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IFA sales and business development (ideally within the EIS, VCT, property, or structured products sectors).
- Strong understanding of financial investment products and Regulatory Environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing network within the financial advisory or investment community is desirable.
