The Role
This is a newly created position which plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and building high-value partnerships. Reporting directly to the UK Head of Business, the successful candidate will enjoy high visibility, senior leadership exposure, and direct influence on commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Close high-value deals and consistently exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, both virtually and in person.

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute targeted sales campaigns.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience selling to marketing teams within General Insurance carriers, Insurtech companies, brokers, or their media agencies.

Brings high energy, strong activity levels, and a competitive, results-oriented mindset.

Adept at consultative sales with a clear understanding of the insurance market.
